Contented clients commend an "excellent job on the remodel" of this hotel they recall was formerly "a dump", compliment the "modern, up-to-date colors" in the "spacious" rooms and "love the pillow menu" (though a discontented few still depict the accommodations as "dark" and "dirty"); this place is "close to the turnpike" and "tons of stores and restaurants", so it's a "good stopover for through travelers" – but not so recommended "for an extended stay."

The pool was closed.

The room was nice, pretty big and clean. It had a fridge and microwave and the internet access was free.

Unkempt dirty bathroom, dirty smelly beds and curtains.

This is a very poor choice and the room was very poorly maintained. Bathroom and the bathtub were exceedingly dirty and the staff was rude to say the least. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Very pleasant staff.
It is somewhat difficult to find and it backed up to a major turnpike exchange.

Nice enough hotel and definitely a great buy through Priceline. Our room was noisy, since its view was of the Pittsburgh exit of the PA turnpike.

4th floor smelled like stale smoke.

We were given a smoking room even though we specified non-smoking. Hotel allowed early check-in and staff were mostly cordial while we waited for the housekeeping staff to prepare a room for us. Access to the hotel was fairly easy. Common areas appeared mostly clean. Stayed on the 4th floor which contained both smoking and non-smoking rooms and it smelled badly of cigarette smoke throughout the floor and our room.
